1. About us
Naz-Tech AI Academy is operated by Naz-Tech Developers Ltd (RC 9711393), a company registered in Nigeria. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details; the name you provide appears on your certificate.
- Keep your password private. One account is for one person and may not be shared.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, sharing or abuse.
3. Fees and access
- The course fee is ₦20,000, paid once through Paystack, unless a valid offer code applies.
- Payment unlocks all paid lessons for your account. The first lesson of each track is a free preview.
- We may update or improve lessons over time.
4. Certificates
Certificates are issued only after you complete the required lessons and quizzes. Each has a public verification code. We may cancel a certificate obtained dishonestly.
5. Third-party AI tools
Lessons guide you to use free tiers of independent AI tools. Those services are not owned by us; their features, limits and terms can change. You are responsible for checking AI output and for not entering confidential or personal government data into them.
6. Course content
All lessons, scenarios and sample files are owned by Naz-Tech Developers Ltd and are for your personal learning. Sample data is fictional. Do not resell or republish course materials.
7. Liability
The course is educational. We do not guarantee employment, promotion or specific results, and we are not liable for decisions you make using AI tools.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
