1. Who we are
Naz-Tech Developers Ltd (RC 9711393) controls the personal data collected through Naz-Tech AI Academy. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
2. What we collect
- Account details: name, email address and password (stored securely, never readable by us).
- Learning records: lessons completed, quiz scores and certificates.
- Payment records: amount, reference and status. Card and bank details are handled by Paystack, not us.
- Lesson text sent for voice readout. We do not send your personal details for this.
3. Why we use it
- To provide your account, lessons and certificates.
- To confirm payments and prevent fraud.
- To publish a certificate verification page showing your name, track, score and date when someone enters your code.
- To answer support requests.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the academy (hosting, payments, voice services). We do not sell your data.
5. Keeping your data
We keep account and certificate records while your account is active so certificates stay verifiable, and payment records as required by law.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
