Refund Policy

Try before you pay

The first lesson of every track and the AI Foundations track are free, so you can judge the course before paying.

When you can get a refund

• Within 7 days of payment, if you have completed no more than 2 paid lessons.
• If you were charged twice or charged without getting access.

When refunds are not given

• After 7 days from payment.
• After more than 2 paid lessons are completed, or after any certificate is issued.
• Where the fee was waived with an offer code.

How to request

Email refund@naztech.dev with your account email and Paystack payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. Access is removed when a refund is made.
